Rescheduling your Appointment
By rescheduling atleast 24 hours before your appointment, you wont need to make a second deposit. (one time use)
No Shows will result in your deposit or any paid dues being lost. (no refunds on deposit or payments that were made in advance!)
Rebooking fee of $10.
Squeeze ins are offered at a $10-$25 fee.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance through booking site
A deposit of $25 will be collected secure your appointment.
Appointments are scheduled for a specific time; Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a $10 fee. Understand that we might have to simplify any complicated designs if time does not allow.

By booking an appointment or receiving services from Kyraxnailz, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payments
Accepted payment methods: cash (exact change), tap to pay, mobile payment.
Full payment is due at the time of service. Payments made in advance are acceptable while booking online.
Any nail art changes or booking the wrong tier may result in upcharges. I will always clarify and give notice before hand!
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or injuries prior to service. If you are feeling unwell 24hr before your appointment please reach out to me!
Services will be refused if there are signs of contagious conditions (e.g., nail fungus, open wounds).
Kyraxnailz is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
Refunds & Corrections
No refunds are provided once a service has been completed.
If you are unsatisfied, please notify me within 24 hours so I may offer a reasonable fix at my discretion.
Corrections are not offered for change-of-mind.
Nail fixes are free of charge within the first week, after 1 week a nail fix could be $5-$10.
Liability
Kyraxnailz is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that occur after services are completed, provided all procedures were followed correctly.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations, or failure to comply with these terms.
Children and Extra Guests
Children are not permitted in my suite. This policy applies to all appointment types with no exceptions.
I do not service anyone under the age 14.
If you’d like to bring an extra guest please reach out to me before your appointment. If this is failed to be brought up to me, they will be asked to wait outside or be removed from the property.
